Lay-by

I did a lay-by with sterns in 2020 for a ring so me & my husband saw something else & cheaper then we went back to Sterns to cancel the lay-by. So they told me they do not have cash on their tills. I must leave my number they will call me then nobody called so all the time when I went to Mall of Africa I would go past them then they would tell me the same story then find a different person then take my number again then nobody would call me. Then I went I again last week the lady did the very same thing. I am very disappointed with them & the attitude I have received from the ladies there. I left my money & being told they don’t have money every time. I want my money
