<p>Want to say a huge Thank You to Naftileen at the Sterns Baywest. Had a complaint about a product that was cheaper on the website then in the store. Naftileen followed up n kept me updated and in 2 days my query was resolved now that's what I call awesome service. Thank you to Sterns as well for having very competent staff. They are all a breath of fresh air. Very Happy
