I bought a wrist watch at sterns fest week of February two a month later a number came out then I sent it in on the 24 of March 2019 for service because I have three years garamtee and I was told it's due to come back on the 23 of April 2019 on the 27 of I went and check and it was not back in their store they told me to wait for a week they will call me the logged a complaint on Monday 13 May 2019 with ******* then field manager said he was going to call me before weekend now its Sunday All I need is my money back if possible because they failed to help me
