Jewelry Falling Apart

Absolutely appalled. Sterns DOES NOT deserve their reputation. I was given a ring as a gift and the diamonds keep falling out and Sterns wanted to charge me nearly the value of the ring to replace 1 tiny diamond. Not a month later and more fall out. How can you demand respect and admiration for creating ****?? Disgusted!
