Incredibly bad service from overrated business

Good morning,

Your Sterns branch at Lephalale Mall has just called me now, to let me know that my watch is back at the store. Your two ladies in the store have advised my wife THAT THEY ARE STILL NOT CORRECT AND THERE ARE LOOSE PARTS IN THE WATCH.!!!!!!!! What on God's green earth do I need to do to get this simple task sorted out ??? Then, once you do get it corrected (if that should ever happen), I am still expected to pay for it. Just another example of pathetic service from South African companies !!!!!!
