Incorrect price

I went to sterns Uitenhage took pictures of a few watches sent out it off to a family member to choose a watch she chose the watch with the butterflies that costed R299 I then told the lady I want that watch when we got to the till she said the watch costs R549 and not R299. I then said but the price you see in the cabinet is the price you pay then the second in charge lady said no this isn't pick n pay its human error! I called TFG customer care but received no feedback as yet.
