Incorrect and *********** sales staff

On Wednesday the 10th June 2026 my fiance went to go view some rings thats he would like. She saw a ring that she liked and then the salesman assisted her. She tried the ring on and took a picture to show me. She asked the salesman what's the price and he said to her the ring is R 11 049.00

This morning I went to go see the ring and they had a completely different ring set aside for her and then wa said that the ring she wanted was in actual fact R 29 999.00. My fiance doesn't even like the ring that they set aside.

They are now covering up saying that my fiance is a ****.

They are now trying to protect the salesman who gave the wrong price. I am in the sales industry and the price you see is rhe price you pay. And this is not the first time that the pricing has been incorrect. Happened to us as well at Sterns in Kariega. Ring was advertised for a certain price and when we wanted to buy it scanned different price.

Worst company to get assistance from and staff is very ***********.
