Incompetence

Went to sterns jewelleries Eastgate mall to lay-by my ring,saw better special on sterns online shop and wanted to purchase, went back to the shop for the refund but the service by Nomthi was very very poor First she told us they don't have money in the shop to refund us, we had to ask why it has to be Manuel while we paid with card! She made us come back to the shop again 2days later to sign the forms. 4 days later she calls again saying she didn't submit the forms we have to go back to the shop to sign. Discusted by her incompetence
