I was told it will take a month for my ring to be back from Quality Control

I wrote a review on the 11th September 2017 about my Forever New ring stones falling off..Well I was told that a R15 000 ring stones are ohk to fall off after a year,I guess such is life..One thing I k ow is that I will never ever buy from Sterns and I will also warn people close to me..Anyway,I tool the ring to Sterns Sandton and I was told It will take a maximum of a month to be back..A month and 2 weeks gone and I called the Sandton branch and I got nowhere..Got attitude from the staff,they told me that their manager is not around and they just dnt know how will she help me because it's not like she can call quality control and tell them to bring my ring..Woooow I was so shocked by thia but this is Sterns after all..I kept calling for the manager and till now no callback..This are the very same people that get angry when we take them to this website but when we give them chances they become mean..Sterns please return my ring,and I will see what I will do with it coz it ia now useless and looks cheap with all those stones falling off..I will budget and go buy a ring elsewhere,where I know that I will get value for my money
