I want my refund

I bought a watch at Sterns Shelly Centre on the 4th October 2024 and I ended up finding something else which I liked on the sterns-bash app which I bought. I then went to the store on the 12/10/2024 to return the watch I bought in store. I was told that they haven't made any cash sales to give me a refund but they can keep the watch and when they do have cash, they will notify me to come get my money.

A month later, I am still waiting for my money. I gave them a call on the 5th of November 2024 to follow up and I was told that they forgot and that they will call me if they do have the money. I am now running out of patience.

The watch that I purchased was a gold tempo watch that retails for R799. @STERNS #BASH
