I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I purchased a Tempo Gold Watch from Sterns At Zevenwratched Mall . I received a small note/slip that is not even dated with the purchase date, which is incorrect and unprofessional, the note note has a 3 year warranty which according to lady that assisted me doesn’t cover the defects but that is not stipulated on that note. Shortly after purchase, the watch started peeling / fading. This is supposed to be a gold watch. I went back to the store to report the defect, and I was told they cannot assist me and that I will have to cover the fixing expenses myself. This is unacceptable because: 1. The product is defective and not durable as advertised. 2. Sterns issued me an undated note, which violates proper sales record

expect Sterns to: 1. Take the watch back for quality inspection at their cost. 2. Replace the watch with a non-defective one, or refund me in full. 3. Issue me a proper dated proof of purchase. I have supported Sterns and I expected better after-sales service.

Zevenwacht Mall failed to assist Me.
