I received excellent service which left me speechless, because it is extremely rare these days

I went to Sterns in Vereeniging earlier today, I wanted a necklace without a pendant as I had one at home. A lady by the name of Khantse came to assist me, I had no money to buy the necklace but that did not stop her from helping me with a smile. she was very patient with me. She suggested that I should bring the pendant to see if it fits the necklace. I asked her to hold it for me until tomorrow. About 30 minutes later I came back with my dad who bought it for me, she had rapped it and put it away for me, she had no idea that i I would be back so soon. She told me to try it on and even brought a mirror so that I could see how it looked on me. She made my day and we need people like her, because customer service no longer exists
