I need my money back since cellphone can't not be fixed and i had beeb waiting for long

Unhappy customer l buy phone on 3 march this year , the phones is not work because of setting.So i send back the phone to sterns store still phone came back with same problem the lady tell me go to vodacom l went to vodacom she bring back phone came with same problem l went back again to sterns store she gave number 4 Debbie l call Debbie she still waiting for vodacom about problem of the phene ( Samsung A3 core) .so now l want my money back or i will open case in POLICE officer because I'm tired now to move up and down my number *** cant fix a phone more than 3 times its unfair.
