I am not pleased with the service I got today

I made a laybye for a watch, decided to pay it off today, then I saw a nyc watch than the one I bought. difference was only 50bucks. I did pay that 50rand. they had to resize the watch so that it can fit me. told the lady that I will be back after few hours to collect the watch. when I came back I was told that they sold the watch to someone else even though I paid for it and I should come monday they will try to get it from another store. what is that like really? <br>
