I AM NOT HAPPY

Got proposed to on the 9th of September with a ring from Sterns in waterfall mall Rustenburg, on the 10th of September it broke where it was resized, the process of getting it fixed was delyed because of employees and after almost 2 weeks I only got my new ring (already resized). NOT EVEN 1 FULL WEEK LATER, the diamond of the ring fell out. Very bad service and quality from Sterns.
