I am disappointed with the workmanship of my very expensive white gold ring that was repaired. The ring does not have its original shape as when it was purchased. The white gold coating is coming off and I can see where the ring broke. I paid for the repair, but I'm extremely dissatisfied with the end product. I paid for the repair using my Foschini account. I am almost done paying the account, but I'm unhappy. The ring was also booked in 2 or 3 times before I collected it from the store.
