How much longer do i have to wait?

I got a watch for my dad December 2014 and by February 2015 it was not working. Not even 3 months. I took in for repairs and they said it should be back within 8 weeks. It's now 3 months and I still have not received the watch back. I got this as a gift and now they giving me a run around about when I will get the watch back. Does it really take 3 months to fix one watch? When will I get this watch back coz my dad is supposed to be enjoying his present but no Sterns it keeping the watch that I have to pay for every month. If they can't fix this watch then they have to replace it.<br> I want the watch back by next week coz I'm really tired of this run around.<br>
