Horrible service

Worst service ever from Sterns Southgate today was looking for an item. I saw online which thr store happened not to have also. The consultant said would not make a call to the particular branches as was Sunday, kept discouraging me on every item. Then lastly said would not help me bye on laybye as its a promotional item. I left and went to The Glen, what a lovely service and yes i got item on laybye.
