Horrible attitude from branch manager
Am so disappointed, I went to sterns at forest hill city. I went to pay account, the branch manager her self gave me a horrible attitude, the music was so loud and I was using id number to pay, she said am making noise when was spelling Id numbers to the cashier. Il never incourage any of my friend or family to do their shopping at sterns.
