HORIBLE Service and seems like False Advertising ?

Sterns advertises free Valentines Teddy with a Purchase. On the 12th i receive a SMS stating the Teddy was delivered, and the Jewelry are still to be dispatched. Instantly contacted them, to advise it was not delivered to me, and check with the courier to collect it at the wrong place he left it. Sterns said they will send a email. Almost a week later, i had to phone again as sterns just ignores me, and they send another email. Now we are on the 25th, Sterns has NEVER phoned me to provide a status update or provide the items that was part of the order. I phone again, and they person states the courier responded on the mail. What is going on, why cant you deliver wat someone orders OR just even contact the customer to advise what is going on?? HORIBLE Service !!!!
