Great Service

Thandi from Sterns Cradlestone is an absolute star. We wanted to pierce my little one's ears (first piercing) and she didn't have a second person to assist her so I suggested we ask the ladies at American swiss to assist. Without hesitation, she agreed and made the entire experience pleasant and not painful for my little one. Wonderful service from Thandi. I appreciate her help.
