In response to the complaint below, I received calls from Swasthi and Carmen, and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. At the store in Greenstone, Tshepiso, Lungile and Siphiwe (who had been doing their utmost best to resolve my issue) were very professional once again. They attended to me and made me feel very comfortable. Swasthi was even around to greet me and ensure the exchange was smooth. These people are South African heroes. A big thank you to them all.<br> <br> Initial message: Utterly Disgusted: It has been almost a month since i reported this issue. Sterns got back to me and said the Insurance company (Fin Rite) wants a police case number (after initially telling me they wanted an affidavit). I have since given them the police case number. I had to call them again to enquire about updates, and i was told the insurance company wants a copy of the receipt of purchase from Sterns Eastgate. i am now being pushed between Sterns, Greenstone and Sterns, Eastgate.
