Good Customer Service

hi, I would like to thank Lauren from CLEARWATER region for her assistance after receiving utmost worst customer service at the Clearwater Branch. She has the full details on this matter. I would also like to complement the area manager from Key west branch, Charlene, for her assistance in this as well. I had been to her store a few times, and the ladies at this branch is the most friendliest, outspoken, well mannered, truly going the extra mile to make you feel welcomed in their store.
