Gold purchase.

Hi. I have purchased a gold chain at gateway sterns about 2 years ago. I was told by the consultant in the store that the gold chain was 9ct gold. The vaulation of the chain was R3000. Only to find out today that the chain is plated gold and filled with silver. I am very disappointed and I feel that they have **** to me. Dissatisfied with this service from sterns. The consultant should have been honest and advices me that the chain I am going to purchase is gold plates however the responds I got from her is that it is 9ct. Very terrible service. Not honest people to deal with.
