Gift Voucher from hell
Hello Peter I am hoping someone could help me. I bought an electronic gift voucher from Stern on 27 September 2024 at Northgate in JHB and the teller said I was going to receive a sms which never came until I went home to DBN. I have been calling and going to the store at Galleria Mall for the past 3 weeks and I haven't received anything. They are not able to refund it back to my account and they wont give me physical gift voucher either.
