Frustrated customer

My fiance bought me a ring on the 27th August 2021 and it doesn't fit me. He gave me the receipt and his Stern's credit card to exchange since he works out of town. They refused to assist me. And my fiance will only be home in December. I don't know what to do since I'm stuck with a ring that is a wrong size.
