Sterns fourways, have underhanded practices. We returned an oversize ring that they could not resize. We asked for a refund and they said they did not have cash and we should take a gift card. we took the gift card. later they said the gift card is not valid for cash. Meaning the card has no value to us. This means they want to hold cash through underhanded means and basically ********* behaviour. i gave them cash i have returned the product i expect cash not a useless piece of plastic. this basically amounts to *****.
