***** inside Sterns!

I bought a jewelry set online on 10 Dec 2022 and it was shipped from 3 different locations, meaning 3 different parcels arriving days apart. After receiving SMS from courier company to inform me that the last piece would be delivered, nothing arrived. After contacting them I was informed that the courier vehicle was hijacked and Sterns has been informed. Needless to say they did not contact me at all, after numerous emails and being send from one dept to another, they eventually rep**** that I will be refunded, sent my bank detail etc. and nothing happened. Now after 6 weeks they inform me that the refund was paid in store in cash, in Durban Gateway branch, I do stay in Gauteng and haven't been to Natal for the last 5 years... So ***** inside! I will never ever buy anything from Sterns in my life again and please do not use their online service. Bad service and **********.
