Feels like my ring is ****

October 11th 2014 I was getting married,my husband bought me a Forever ring from Sterns,the ring is worth R15 000..Earlier this year one stone fell off and I took it for repairs,the stone was repaired and I was a little worried but told myself that it's just one of those thigs.Yesterday I noticed that 3 stones have fallen,I dnt do hard labour..I don't bath nor wash dishes with it..I'm very dissapointed by all this,we paid good money for this ring and we expect quality but it looks like **** is all we got..I'm even ashamed to wear my ring anymore..This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth,I'm hurt to have paid alot of money for something that's not of great value..All I want is to wear my ring with pride but I can't..The ring also turns yellow most of the time and I bought WHITE GOLD..I'm highly dissapointed in such a big diamond/jewellery shop..
