Feedback please is all I ask

Query going on to long without being resolved. 18 Sep, I sent a query regarding the club magazines. No response from Sterns. Phoned to follow up on 3 Oct only to hear that you had a problem with the email and that I should resend the email. Resent email, received a ref. Received an email 6th and a call on the 9th Was promised feedback regarding the reimbur*****t we discussed. Till now no feed back. I want this resolved asap. This issue is from March and I need it sorted today please.
