faulty wrist watch

Good day.<br> My name is Siyabonga Sineke. In 2014 between March and April, i bought a guess wrist watch from Sterns outlet and just before the end of the year the watch was already giving me problems, it was always loosing the track of time and at times it just stop working. I took it to Sterns where i bought it. I was told to bring proof of purchase of which i did, the watch was with them for about a month or so and it was back. it worked for couple of months and it started the same problem of loosing the track of time and i took it back to sterns again and since then no correspondence of some sort from the shop and they told me that i will have to pay for the repairs of something that they knew had a problem. I would like to warn anyone out there who wants to buy guess products to think twice before because their products are ****. The price i bought the watch for is too much for it be broken less than a year.
