Faulty ring manufacturing.

I am TRULY very Dissapointed in the quality of your rings. My husband bought me a ring there in December 2019 and to date I have taken it in thrice for repairs (I have the slips to prove this) . The stones keep falling out and I dont even want to talk about the horribly mismatches re-sizing you did on my ring.

I have taken it back to your Cresta branch today AGAIN and am awaiting feedback from your workshop as to what the issue is with this faulty product.

Please contact me urgently before I report this mess to the consumer ombudsman.

We as consumers have rights to quality products especially if we have been promised such by the manufacturer.
