Faulty ring

Good day. I’m writing this message with my heart full of disappointment and anger. Late Last year I bought a ring which it’s original price was R29 900 and when we bought it it was on special for R9000.

after our wedding in October my wife started wearing the ring and 2 month down the line the ring started to show that it has been resized. We took it back to the shop and the manager at tzaneen store refused to talk to us but fortunately the sales lady took the ring back to work shop for fixing.

2 weeks later the ring got back and we went to collect unfortunately the ring still showed where it was extended, and we refused to take it with us. Few days later the sales lady called us promising us that they will get us the same ring which is at head office but a week later she said we need to choose another ring without giving us a reason why.

When we asked the lady for which value of the ring should we choose she said for R9000 and when we aske why she said that’s what we paid for.

Rite now I feel like I need to involve our lawyer for two reasons: 1. We got married with a ring which was resized without our knowledge which we are not sure if the ring was from a person who passed away or a divorced couple. 2. For having to get a ring that is worth R9000 while our ring was worth R29000.

Rite now my wife has not been wearing a ring for over 6 weeks. I’m very disappointed in your company and how u ****** us from our day.
