False Advertising - Pavilion Branch

Pathetic service at the Pavilion store! Went in to purchase a necklace I saw online as a birthday gift. It took them almost an hour to locate the stock only to find out that it was 10% gold. Nirvana suggested a full gold necklace at the same price. After settling for the full gold option and going to do the sale, she whispered to the manager at the back of the store in front of me and then the price went from R1499 (advertised in the display) to R2699. Inconvenienced me for an hour! Please verify prices before choosing jewelery here and also confirm the amount of gold used. Rather shop at real jewelery store who knows what they are doing.
