False advertising

I did an online search for topaz earrings and found two beautiful pairs (on the STERNS website). When I went to the store, NOTHING was in stock. I asked Mariah to check if other stores still have any stock of the two pairs of earrings I was interested in. She was quite hesitant to do so, and wanted me to rather buy another pair of earrings which I didn't like as much. I insisted she check, and at first she told me that it shows they have stock at East Rand Mall, and she mentioned a couple of other malls (eg. Festival, The Glen, etc). A colleague of hers then had to tell her where to go search for the earrings, and she returned after 5 minutes from the back saying she couldn't find anything, and that the system was wrong. There was no stock of both the earrings I wanted anywhere in SA she stated all of a sudden. I just find it very strange that your website has pictures of both the earrings I want, yet she states that none is available. I found her to be quite rude after she realized she may not make a sale!! Please double check for me & advise accordingly. Item codes: (***2 for R1599) and (***2 for R1199)
