False Advertising

I went to Zevenwacht mall to purchase a pair of earings at Sterns. The price that was on display showed R349. There was more than one pair of the same style that showed this price. I asked the sales lady to put the sale through. When she finished the transaction I noticed the amount went through for R379. As far as I know you pay the price that is visible on the item. The service in this store was so pathetic they could not even give back my money but ended up giving me a gift card. I told the lady that they are false advertising prices and all she said was they go according to the system which is *******. What if I only had R350 cash? A R30 might seem like nothing to some people but how many customers are not being **********. Will not be purchasing at this store ever again.
