On the 14th April 2022 i bought a Sterling silver ring worth R3500 on discount and got it by the 26th April due to sizing process, i only started wearing in on the 30th April and went to honeymoon to my surprise after 10 days of honeymoon .
i hardly worn the ring ,its started discoloring and i can see the bronze color surfacing, i called the store SANDTON CITY where i bought it and they gave me an excuses saying i used chemicals or i was swimming with the ring on. what the hell!!!! so i spent so much to hardly do anything with the ring on!
They told me i must come back purchase their cleaning product worth R600! FOR WHAT! I want my money back, clearly this is **** silver . i wasted my money and time. i have bought other silver products from them way cheaper but never discolored no matter how i wore and used them but this one!
