**** expensive rings

The staff and manager are not helpful, I bought a ring worth 16k last year nothing was explained to me that I have to bring it in every year. The colour of the ring started changing when I took it back I was to told the person who sold it to me should have explained the problems I will have with it before I bought it and since she doesn't work there anymore there's nothing they can do except charge me.........
