Broken Chain - Poor Quality and Unacceptable Customer Service

Complaint I purchased a chain from Sterns Galleria Mall in July last year. Within three months, it broke, and I had to take it back for repair. Now, less than a year later, the chain has broken again.

When I took it back to the store, the supervisor told me I need to pay for the repair. I'm shocked and disappointed by the poor quality of the chain and the unacceptable customer service.
