Exceptional service: Sterns Baywest Mall, Gqeberha

I would just like to compliment Sterns Baywest Mall in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) for the exceptional service I received. Matthew, the new manager is indeed an asset to TFG. I previously had a most disappointing visit to Sterns in Baywest but Matthew has certainly redeemed the shop in my eyes. Not only did he get the ring I bought resized in 1 day, he also kept me in the loop with updates. This is the type of service I expect. Friendly, professional and efficient.
