I went to Sterns East Rand Mall looking for a birthday gift for a friend and was assisted by a delightful lady by the name of Palesa. She was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and nothing was too much trouble for her. Honestly, a very pleasant shopping experience.
