I spent over two hours calling Sterns stores within Durban and then out of Durban for a particular watch. I got lucky with an angel Dulscey Masela at Sterns Clear Water saying she went the extra mile is an understatement. Dulscey maintained a positive attitude even when I lost hope outsourcing the watch. she responded quickly to my request, she personalized my request. Most importantly she kept to her word.
