Excellent service!!!
<p>Recently i had a problem with one of the Sterns branches, the way the Gateway Sterns branch went over and beyond to make sure my complaint was handled timeously. The complaint was raised with another branch but the staff lacked enthusiasm and i didn't get any joy from them, that's when i opted to go to Gateway as it's close to work, the staff were friendly and ready to help. I just want to thank them for the excellent service it was highly appreciated.</p>
