Excellent Customer Service Despite Terrible Quality Products.

I would just like to extend a huge thank you to Nomthandazo and Tshepiso from the Sterns branch in Eastgate Shopping Centre. I had bought a Belcher bracelet from that specific store and it was quite expensive and after not even owning the bracelet for a month I noticed the links were breaking. I took the bracelet to the store and was informed the bracelet was under 6 months warranty and Nomthandazo assisted me with sending it in for repairs. I fetched the bracelet on Saturday 28th November 2020 after it was repaired. However, once I arrived home I realized that only one link had been fixed and nothing else repaired after the excellent staff in the Sterns store still made a note to check each link. I was now furious as this bracelet was expensive and if I wanted **** quality I would not have paid that price. I then phoned the store and emailed customer service. However, after phoning the store and speaking to Nomthandazo she arranged an exchange of item for me as I had requested. She was so patient, understanding, considerate, polite and helpful I was very impressed!! After putting in a request on the 30th November 2020 they arranged a new bracelet from another store as they didn't have stock. And the new bracelet was ready today 01 December 2020. They gave me a call and I collected the new one, the quality was much better.

I must just say how impressed I am with the staff at this store, however, how DEEPLY disappointed I am in the quality of the products that Sterns provides. You as a franchise charge high prices but you provide below mediocre quality products. SHAMEFUL!!

I suggest you bring the same quality of product as you do staff into your store!!

Well done ladies at the Eastgate Sterns store your patience and level of customer service is above and beyond excellent. Pity you ladies have to deal with such terrible quality products. I am however extremely proud that your service remains outstanding!!
