Excellent customer service!!!!

Iv been searching online for weeks to purchase the perfect surprise promise ring for my girlfriend and decided to visit sterns. i went into the store, trying to hide from my girlfriend and purchase the ring in order to keep it a surprise. i was extremely fortunate to meet Dhaashni the service consultant. she assisted me every step of the way including the surprise. i could not have asked for better customer service on a day i felt alot of stress and pressure.
