Ear to neck piercing three year old

I took my three year old for her ears to get pierced, she naturally struggled like all little ones do. There were 3 Sterns employees on her and she was sitting on my lap. Well after the piercing process she cried for a few seconds like normal but after we got home I investigated her left ear as it was different from the other piercing. They pierced through her ear and into her neck where there it was joint with the stud. We went back to confront the staff but was thrown with the protection of their waver form. No assistance remorse or help on how they could rectify this unjust service. Consent for an ear was given, but the neck not so much. Waiting to hear back from their branch manager.
