DONT BUY FROM BASH OR STERNS EVER!

I purchased earrings from Sterns via the BASH app. I was told not to fetch them as I can't return the product. From July to date I have not received the refund! BASH say they have refunded via Payu gateway but Standard Bank can't trace the refund with the reference number provided. DONT BUY FROM BASH EVER!
