Don't ever buy jewellery from Sterns!

<p>A month ago I bought earrings worth +-R500 from Sterns & i got home they did not lock.they were lose so when I wore them they would fall from my ears.I tried to force them to lock but the hook to lock just broke. The quality was very bad,I took them back so that they can fix them.Now They called to tell me to fix them its R400 which is almost the price of the earring or else they won't fix them. The cashier or consultant who called me was very rude and she could not answer my questions. The worst thing is that it was my 1st time buying jewellery from Sterns, I regret it & I will never go back.I still wear earrings from ArthurKaplan and Game stores that I bought 10 years ago. Worst service, poor quality and high prices. So disappointing</p>
