dissatisfied with disgusting service and products

My husband bought me a wedding ring at sterns lochlogan mall in 2014 july /august . In 2014 november/ december he had matching wedding bands made for me through sterns. <br> On 2015/01/04 we gt married and I couldnt put my rings on as the sizes were incorrect 1 was o the other n I couldnt wear them for 2 months after the wedding till I paid to have them resized at american swiss in fleurdel mall. After I got them I wore them for only 3 weeks before the rash on my finger started I took pictures after the last complaint I was in the branch over 3 times everytime I got told it was me im a jewelry p?rson I love rings nothing like this has ever happened to me before untill I paid R2000 for rings at sterns that I cnt even wear nobody is and was willing to help instead im being discussed amongst sterns and american swiss employees. Where is the service? All I asked for is my money back its been 1 year and 3 months with my rings at sterns for 5 MONTHS why cant this store give customer service???
