dissatisfied client

<p>unfortunately i had have been waiting for my engagement ring that went in on the 1st march,i was told that it would take up to 10 weeks max and now it has been 12 weeks and there is no sign of me getting my ring.when i call the centurion store,they also have no idea of when i might receive it.i send an email to sterns regional manager Susan Saunder and she has not responded to my email.an engagement is a special ocassion in a person's life and should be celebrated but Sterns has ruined it for me.i thought they pride themselves in celebrating special occasions...they have failed me big time.The worst service ever experienced in my life.</p>
